CAST-A-SEAL® is an all-rubber connector that is cast into the structure when the concrete is poured. The CAST-A-SEAL gasket is folded into the casting position and placed on the reusable heavy-duty solid plastic mandrel that is bolted directly to the form. After the concrete is cured, the forms are opened, removing the mandrel from the concrete, but leaving the CAST-A-SEAL gasket cast into the concrete wall. The gasket is then simply unfolded at the job site and is tightened around the pipe using the supplied stainless steel take-up clamp.
