Nate joins our team after serving six years as a U.S. Army Armor Officer, most recently as the Executive Officer overseeing Recruiting Operations across Northeastern Indiana. Throughout his military career, he led teams of 6 to over 100 people, working across operations management, strategic planning, and large-scale talent acquisition.
Before the Army, Nate worked as an Internal Marketing Manager and Revenue Operations Consultant for the Small Business Development Center of South-Central Minnesota. In that role, he supported the growth of more than two dozen small businesses across retail, manufacturing, and service industries.
Nate and his wife Julia—an English teacher in Northwest Allen County Schools—live in Fort Wayne with their two sons, Theodore and Wesley. They’ve called the area home for the past 18 months and love being part of the community.
