Press-Seal Corporation is very fortunate to have grown so much within the last few years. In 2021, we purchased INSEAL, which increased our manufacturing capabilities to include both butyl sealant and adhesive production. This past summer, we purchased another well-known Indiana rubber manufacturer, Jasper Rubber, which is predicted to yield even greater production capabilities and company growth.
As we continue to advance throughout the industry and acquire additional manufacturing plants and responsibilities, our need for dedicated operational leadership became prevalent—which is why Press-Seal is excited to welcome Greg Johnson officially as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO) as of September 16, 2026!
An Indiana Tech graduate, Greg began his career at a local Fort Wayne electrical manufacturer/supplier, where he advanced from engineer to plant manager. He brings nearly two decades of experience in heading operations teams across multi-plant manufacturing environments, and he leads with a people-first mindset, emphasizing communication, collaboration, and supportive work cultures. Greg focuses on improving safety, quality, efficiency, and operational performance while building strong teams and supporting significant organizational growth.
